Terms of Service
1. The service
Wedio is an AI channel manager for YouTube. It reads your channel's analytics, proposes changes, applies the changes you approve, and measures their outcome. Wedio is currently offered as a private beta.
2. Your channel stays yours
You retain full ownership of and responsibility for your channel, your content, and every change published to it. Wedio does not modify your channel on its own: it applies a change only after you explicitly approve that specific change. You are responsible for reviewing proposals before approving them, and for ensuring that any applied change complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and policies.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not promise views, subscribers, revenue, or any particular improvement. Nobody honestly can — which is why Wedio measures the outcome of each change against your own videos and reports the result, including when the result is negative or inconclusive. Wedio's proposals are recommendations, not guarantees.
4. Your account
You must have the right to manage any channel you connect. Keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Access during the beta is granted at our discretion and may be limited to a set number of channels.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Wedio to break the law or YouTube's rules; don't attempt to breach, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service; and don't use it to publish content you don't have the rights to. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Beta status and availability
The beta is provided free of charge. Features may change, break, or be removed while we develop the product, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Pricing will be announced before the beta ends; you will never be charged without explicitly opting in to a paid plan.
7. Third-party services
Wedio operates through the YouTube API Services and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data delays on their side.
8. Termination
You may stop using Wedio at any time by disconnecting your channel, which removes it immediately and permanently deletes its data after a 3-day grace window. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivigator Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, views, revenue, or data. Because the beta is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (which during the beta is zero) or US$100.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will update the date above and notify you by email. Continuing to use Wedio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
